We would encourage you to share your inspirational pictures, ideas, google docs with pictures or pinterest board with us either through messages or email. We also discuss budget management, venue selections and overall event inspiration and concept. We would provide a rough estimate through email about our ideas and share pictures which we think matches to the overall aesthetics of your event
After our preliminary consultation we dug deeper through another round of phone consultation to discuss if you liked some of our ideas and custom designs. We can also set up in person meetings to discuss your vision further along with venue visits. We would provide itemized quotes for your event. We also help in organising and arranging coordination with different vendors such as photography, dj, entertainment,custom signs, bar services, saree draping, kids activities, dinnerware, tent and table setups. We would provide details about tablescape designs,backdrop, design venue floor plans and all the details over email for all the services you need.
After the discussion of the estimates and design now is the time to make the deposit and sign the contract. This helps us to block our calendar and date for your event and start with final preparations. We would provide you with an invoice and will keep updating you with the progress over time.
At Least three weeks before your event we would discuss the final and last minute changes to the decor and designs. We would also schedule in person consultation for any custom decor pieces made for your event, we can also schedule mock, floral consultations, table layout setups for getting your final inputs.
